In the first decade of the century, and as late as the 1920s in much reduced quantities, Newman offered two Regulator-style watchclocks. Regulator No. 1
employed a movement with a two-day period and used the two-day dial that was also used in the balance wheel clock, I.D. 711. Regulator No. 2 incorporated a seven-day movement
and employed the seven-day dial shown here that was also adopted for the Guardian,
I.D. 618. |
